If you are a community group, retirement center, rehabilitation center, etc.. and are looking for gardening help, tips, and even hands-on assistance, please email Jennifer Thompson or call us at 661-889-6660 and we will be happy to go over what kind of assistance we can provide. All of this would be of no cost to your group, so please don't hesitate to let us know! It's what we're here for!

Welcome to the website for the San Diego Urban Growers Society! Our society is comprised of enthusiasts who grow everything from lettuce and spinach, all the way to rare orchids and pansies.
We are centralized in beautiful downtown San Diego, with members ranging all the way from Escondido and Carlsbad to San Ysidro and up to Bakersfield!
We have meetings every third Thursday of the month, so make sure to keep your calendar clear on those dates. We discuss issues relevant to our inner city gardens, like clone propagation, vegetation, blooming, insect control, odor control, indoor greenhouse construction, lighting, nutrients, air movement, carbon dioxide introduction, and water control.
We are currently looking for SPONSORS! Anyone know any sponsors out there or want to make calls, feel free. We need all the support we can muster up for our upcoming trials!
